Down Under Detailing LLC values your time and ours. This Cancellation Policy ensures smooth scheduling, fairness, and availability for all customers. By booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.

General Cancellation Guidelines

We kindly request that all changes be made as early as possible to help us manage technician schedules efficiently.

24-Hour Notice Requirement

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before the appointment time will incur no penalty.
This courtesy gives us enough time to offer the appointment to other customers.

Same-Day Cancellations

Cancellations made on the same day of service may result in a fee to cover travel, preparation, and lost booking time.
The fee amount may vary depending on the service type and time blocked out for your appointment.

No-Show Policy

If the customer fails to be present at the scheduled time and location without notice, it will be considered a no-show.
No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service price to compensate for lost time and travel.

Access Issues

If our team arrives and cannot access the vehicle, the location is unsafe, or entry instructions were not provided, the appointment may be treated as a cancellation or no-show.
A call-out or cancellation fee may apply in such cases.

Weather-Related Cancellations

For mobile detailing services, severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, storms, or unsafe environments may require rescheduling.
There is no penalty for weather-related cancellations initiated by either party.
Covered spaces like garages or carports may allow service to continue depending on conditions.

Late Arrivals

If the customer is running late, we request they inform us as soon as possible.
Delays beyond 15 minutes may shorten the service time or require rescheduling, depending on our schedule for the day.

Prepaid Services

For services paid in advance, cancellations made with proper notice may be refunded or credited toward a future appointment.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full forfeiture of the prepaid amount depending on circumstances.

Repeated Cancellations

Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in limited booking privileges or the requirement of a deposit for future appointments.
