Terms of Service — Down Under Detailing LLC

These Terms of Service govern the use of all detailing services provided by Down Under Detailing LLC, located in Tallahassee, FL. By booking or receiving any service from us, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

Service Agreement

By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you are the owner of the vehicle or have full authorization to request detailing services. Down Under Detailing LLC agrees to provide vehicle cleaning and detailing services as described on our website or as discussed at the time of booking. All services depend on vehicle condition, size, and selected package.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments may be booked online, by phone at 850-559-5543, or via email at noah@tallahasseecardetail.com.
Appointment availability is based on technician schedules, weather conditions, and service location.
We reserve the right to reschedule or modify appointments if necessary due to weather, emergencies, or unsafe working conditions.

Access to Vehicle

Customers must ensure the vehicle is accessible at the scheduled appointment time.
Keys, remotes, or entry instructions must be provided.
If access is not provided within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, and a call-out fee may apply.

Service Time & Results

Service times are estimates and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and service complexity.
Down Under Detailing LLC does not guarantee the removal of all stains, odors, pet hair, water spots, or scratches.
Heavily soiled vehicles, excessive debris, or specialized restoration may require additional charges.

Pricing & Payment

All pricing listed on our website or quoted prior to service is based on standard vehicle conditions.
Additional fees may apply for extreme dirt, pet hair, sap, mold, sand, or biohazard cleanup.
Payment is due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted payment methods include cash, card, or approved digital payments.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers must remove all personal items from the vehicle before service.
Down Under Detailing LLC is not responsible for lost, missing, or damaged personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
Child seats that must be removed and reinstalled are the responsibility of the customer.

Damage & Liability

We take great care during all services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as worn interior materials, loose trim, weak clear coats, or aftermarket accessories.
If any accidental damage occurs during servicing, the customer must notify us within 24 hours with photos and details.
Down Under Detailing LLC carries appropriate insurance for incidents caused by our technicians.

Weather Policy (For Mobile Services)

In cases of heavy rain, storms, lightning, extreme heat, or unsafe working conditions, we may reschedule your appointment.
Covered spaces such as garages or carports may allow us to continue service depending on the severity of weather.

Guarantee & Quality Assurance

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you notice any issues with your service, you must contact us within 24 hours for a complimentary touch-up.
Complaints made after 24 hours may not qualify due to environmental factors after vehicle delivery.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover travel and scheduling losses.
No-shows may be charged up to 50% of the scheduled service amount.

Photos & Marketing Use

Down Under Detailing LLC may take before-and-after photos or videos of vehicles for training and marketing purposes.
Identifying information such as license plates will be hidden or blurred unless permission is granted.
If you prefer not to have your vehicle photographed, please inform us before service begins.

Mobile Service Locations

The customer must provide a safe, legal, and accessible location for mobile detailing.
Working conditions must allow technicians to move around the vehicle safely and without obstruction.
Hazardous or unsafe environments may result in service refusal.

Third-Party Products

Any coating, wax, or product failure caused by misuse, improper maintenance, or external damage is not the responsibility of Down Under Detailing LLC.
Instructions for coating care or maintenance may be provided upon request.

Modifications to Terms

Down Under Detailing LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.
Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.
